 Leo G picture
Leo was born in Atlanta, GA and was raised in Forsyth County. He began taking private classical piano lessons at the age of 9 and continued until he was 17. The summer before his senior year in high school he began playing the keyboard for his local youth group, two years later, he became the worship leader. While going to college full-time and working as a personal trainer, he began writing songs and would soon have a collection of over 40 active songs in his church.

Upon graduating college with a bachelor's degree in "Computer Information Systems", he joined the corporate world as the I.T. director for an international whole sale business in the heart of downtown Atlanta, GA. After six months working there he was offered a position as a worship leader at his home church (Victory World Church) and accepted.

As his musicianship has advanced, he's played the electric guitar for Vicky Beeching, and keyboards for Merchant Band, Todd Ganovski, and Isa Couvertier, he's also shared the stage with Jeff Deyo. He's also picked up Jason Upton's band in a van and sung in front of the president at the presidential innaguration but the president probably didn't hear him because he was driving by quickly in a big black limo. Though he enjoys playing with other musicians he's always felt led to write songs and share them with others. He met "Joey Feci" (drummer) and from there, got a band together and recorded his first album "hold on". He is currently still a worship leader at Victory World Chuch and IHOP-Atlanta (international house of prayer) and working on his sophomore release...

Joey Feci - Drums

Starting out on his mothers womb Joey began pounding on everything from his crib rails to pots and pails before his parents finally got sick of listening to it and bought him a real kit at age 7. Soloing until he was 14, he joined his first band in Virginia Beach and was thrown into the secular world of music. Two or three bands later he ended up in Inertia Creep, and headed to Nashville to play with the big boys. Inertia Creep later fell through the pits of Nashville, weed, and.......Inertia, and eventually dis-banded. At the time he was filling in for another band called The Issues who actually got pretty big around the Nashville music scene. Joey found himself in the midst of the real music scene playing for thousands, with a backseat of sex, drugs, and hanging out at after-parties with players like Kid Rock.

"I was always around the stuff, but there was something pulling me away from being a part of it, like God had been protecting me from the beginning. I had my moments of giving in with sex and drugs, but i always regretted it later and learned a lesson from it. People get no significant satisfaction from these things, no matter who they are..."

The Issues later moved to Atlanta to escape the wrath of country music, where through a job he met his later to be wife, Joanne. Joanne introduced him to a world of vision, purpose, and purity through Jesus Christ. Being burnt out of the secular sex and drug music scene already, it wasn't very hard to drop it and get on with his life through Christ. With a passion to know God more, Joey began playing for Christ, and met Leo G, a song writer and worship leader at his church. "Hold On" was born a couple of months later, and their passions to introduce a new style of Xtian worship was created.
